€30,000 gross annual base salary + uncapped commission

• What We're Looking For

C2 Proficiency or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages

Professional English proficiency

1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment

Candidates must already be based in Spain

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
