Are you a fluent Czech speaker interested in joining an international company within the hospitality and travel sector while starting a new experience in Greece?

We are looking for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems and working in a multicultural environment.

The initial training period takes place onsite in Athens. Once training has been successfully completed, there is the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere within Greece, offering greater flexibility while remaining part of an international team.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Czech-speaking customers and partners within the hospitality sector, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional customer support in Czech
• Assisting customers with enquiries related to reservations, services and general account matters
• Handling customer requests via different communication channels
• Identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions
• Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
• Accurately recording relevant information and following internal procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments when additional support is required

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Czech
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not necessarily required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and attend the initial training onsite in Athens
