Im currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international team as an Account Executive in Madrid Spain.

What Youll Do
Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.
Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Salary & Commission
30000 gross annual base salary.
Monthly commission target: 600.
Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
Clear career progression to AE2 (35000 base) and AE3 (40000 base).

Working Hours
MondayThursday: 09:0018:00
Friday: 09:0015:00
