Role Overview

Turn traffic into traction and make it scalable. Starting with Session-to-Lead on paid landing pages – working closely with Performance Managers – you’ll speed up experimentation, identify winning tests, and drive methodology adoption across the team. Over time, you will expand into the full acquisition funnel and website/landing page ownership.

What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Own and optimize the acquisition funnel end‑to‑end, starting with Session-to-Lead, focused initially on paid landing pages.
  
• Work side by side with Performance Managers to align experimentation with paid channel strategy.
  
• Speed up the experimentation cycle—from hypothesis to launch—to increase test velocity across markets.
  
• Identify and scale winning tests that move conversion rate across all markets.
  
• Drive adoption of the experimentation methodology across the Growth team, ensuring consistency in how tests are designed, run, and documented.
  
• Expand scope to website and landing page conversion as S2L performance improves.
  
• Analyze funnels, user behavior, and drop‑off points across the site.
  
• Partner with designers and devs to build high‑velocity experiments.
  
• Turn heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics into insights.
  
• Craft hypotheses, prioritize roadmaps, and document learnings.
  
• Be capable of shipping low/mid‑complex experiments without depending 100% on the development team.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• 3+ years in growth, CRO, or performance‑focused UX.
  
• Strong grasp of funnel analytics and user behavior.
  
• Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, VWO, and heatmaps.
  
• Conversion copywriting instincts and an eye for detail.
  
• Data‑driven mindset with a bias toward experimentation.
  
• Comfort working across product, marketing, and dev.
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• 
  
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills.
  
• Experience in product‑led growth environments.
  
• B2B SaaS or HR tech experience.
