Indirect Procurement Trainee

Are you in your final year of studies and ready to gain real-world experience in procurement Join our dynamic team as an Indirect Procurement Intern and support global procurement operations across a wide range of categories and initiatives!

Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Support credit card processes contract management and procurement systems
• Assist with ESG reporting compliance tracking and legal coordination
• Help manage tenders supplier onboarding and database management
• Conduct supplier and market research spend analysis and cost tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling documentation and presentations
• Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Must be in the final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree. Eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
• Fluent in English and Spanish German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
