Real Estate Fund management analyst

MISSIONS:

Working closely with the senior fund managers you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the real estate retail funds :

• Monitore analyze and optimize real estate fund performance with a focus on p&l forecasts and cash flow plans
• Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns control fund valuations
• Participate to arranging bank financing and optimizing leverage
• Contribute to structure investments and assist financial engineering
• Prepare periodic reporting for investors advisory board regulatory and internal reporting for the senior management
• Monitor the environmental and social policy of the managed funds
• Improve process and tools ensure data remains up to date

PROFILE:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance asset management audit or real estate
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment
• Strong ability to work autonomously strong financial skills and excellent analytical abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish English and French
