Icelandic Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting one of the worlds leading online travel platforms. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers throughout their booking journey.

What You Will Do

• Support customers via phone email and chat in Icelandic and English
• Assist with booking-related inquiries and account support
• Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

• Icelandic communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
