PMO – ERP Transformation (Dynamics 365)

Fully remote opportunity within Spain

You will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain requiring strong governance coordination and cost control.

What you will do

• Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout
• Monitor budget resources planning and risks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT business integrators)
• Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders
• Define and track KPIs timelines and delivery milestones
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support integration and migration processes

Qualifications :

Mandatory:

• 5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs
• Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations
• Proven experience in governance cost control and resource management
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Based in Spain (remote possible)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in international programs
• Background in industrial or finance sectors
