We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR generalist to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Description

• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support programs related to employee development engagement and retention.
• Partner with Group Leaders and Office Leadership to provide updates discuss workforce priorities and align people strategies with business needs.
• Participate in and present at staff and leadership meetings as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees by providing guidance on HR practices policies and systems.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver aligned support across talent acquisition mobility total rewards and learning & development.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs; assess effectiveness of recruitment activities and participate in interviews as required.
• Use a consultative approach to advise and coach managers on employee relations performance management HR systems implementation and company policies.
• Support HR Manager and HRBP in Works Council relationships including participation in negotiations.
• Assist in managing complex employee relations matters and support internal investigations as required.
• Support payroll processing in collaboration with third-party providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g. HRIS absence tracking payroll benefits) and provide user guidance as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on HR trends regulatory developments and best practices in human resources and employment law.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in HR administration HR generalist or a related role.
• University degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g. HRIS payroll absence tracking or benefits administration tools).
• Very good command of English spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational time management and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.
