About the Role

As EMEA HPE Program Manager you will lead complex onboarding initiatives across the region ensuring seamless integration of new countries and operations into the HPE operating model. Acting as the central orchestrator you will bring together cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning through execution ensuring operational readiness and alignment with global governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new countries entities and operational transitions across EMEA
• Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines dependencies and success criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations IT Supply Chain Finance and Service Delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams
• Ensure full operational readiness across people processes systems and governance before go-live
• Drive risk identification mitigation strategies and issue resolution throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Partner with process and systems teams to enable configurations testing and adoption readiness
• Champion continuous improvement and standardization of onboarding methodologies across the region

What You Bring

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven program leader who thrives in complexity and brings structure clarity and influence to diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Engineering IT or related field
• Extensive experience in program or project management within multinational environments
• Strong understanding of operational processes systems and governance frameworks (ideally HPE or similar)
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation or onboarding initiatives
• Advanced project planning execution and risk management capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in global technology or IT services environments
• Project management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Agile or similar)
• Familiarity with ERP CRM supply chain and service delivery systems
• Knowledge of EMEA regional operations and regulatory environments
