German-Speaking Sales Development Representative

We are hiring German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join our international sales team in Barcelona this role you will be the first point of contact for potential clients identifying new business opportunities qualifying leads and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals across the German market.

What You Will Do

• Identify and research potential clients within the German market
• Reach out to prospects via phone email and social channels to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to consistently hit targets and KPIs

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (full relocation support provided)
• Previous sales customer service or commercial experience is a plus motivated entry-level candidates are welcome
• Confidence with outbound outreach and a proactive target-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in sales
