Experteer Overview As Product Director for Professional Services, you own the vertical product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You lead industry-specific capabilities with dedicated engineering and collaborate with horizontal teams to deliver end-to-end platform value. You will shape the product to address AI-driven shifts in billing, pricing, and delivery, driving adoption, ROI, and customer outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, market-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proven PM experience building enterprise software for professional services (ERP, PSA, xcskxlj or enterprise SaaS)
• Deep understanding of PSO operations: pipeline-to-revenue, utilization, engagement profitability, billing models
• Strong knowledge of PSO processes: project accounting, billing, planning, time/expense, resource planning
• Clear point of view on AI's impact on PSO business models and ERP needs
• Commercial orientation: impact on ARR, win rate, and retention
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement at senior and practitioner levels
