We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting one of the world's leading online travel platforms. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers throughout their booking journey.

What You Will Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
- Assist with booking-related inquiries and account support
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Danish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
