Job Description

As the Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key player in supporting our leader in managing and growing our diverse businesses. The role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is adept at navigating the nuances of international business relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management and coordination of international meetings.
• Communicate and deal effectively with global clients, understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts
• Serve as a liaison, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions, both locally and internationally.
• Develop and present business presentations to a global audience.
• Lead and encourage a team environment that values intellect, positivity, and cultural sensitivity.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Make independent, culturally informed decisions in a dynamic business context.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
• Energetic, motivated, with a strong intellectual capacity.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
• Proficient in business software and presentation tools.
