German-speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain . Location Madrid, Spain Hybrid work model Permanent contract No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain) Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00 Friday: 09:00 – 15:00 Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period. Compensation €30,000 gross annual base salary Uncapped commission plan Monthly target commission of €600 Performance multipliers: 80% target = 1.3x 100% target = 2x 150%+ target = 3x Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Native or fluent German and strong English . 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center. Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales. Must currently reside in Spain. What We Offer 4-week paid onboarding and training.
