Business Developer (F/M/X) - Barcelona

Odalie designs, manufactures, and installs greywater treatment systems (Aquapods) for multi-family residential buildings, hotels, and commercial office buildings. YOUR DAILY JOB As part of its international expansion, Odalie is launching its operations in Spain and is looking for a Business Developer to drive its commercial growth in Catalonia . The upcoming regulatory framework promoting water reuse solutions in buildings is creating strong market opportunities, particularly in the Barcelona region. As the first commercial representative in Spain, you will play a key role in developing the market, generating new business opportunities, and establishing Odalie as a leading player in the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Business Development Identify and target key stakeholders in real estate, hospitality, construction, and commercial buildings. Actively prospect new clients and generate business opportunities. Build and grow a strong pipeline of projects across Catalonia. Sales & Client Acquisition Detect projects at an early stage and position Odalie's solutions with decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature. Secure new contracts and deliver rapid commercial growth. Market Development Develop strong relationships with key local stakeholders. Contribute to Odalie's long-term growth and market presence in Spain. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for an experienced Business Developer with a strong professional network in Catalonia , especially within real estate development, hospitality, real estate investment, and construction. You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development . You are comfortable working with decision-makers and managing sales opportunities from prospecting to contract signature. You enjoy developing new business, building client relationships, and identifying market opportunities. Experience in the water, environmental, or technical infrastructure sectors would be an advantage. Spanish is essential, English is required , and Catalan would be a plus. YOUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS WITHIN ODALIE You will join Odalie with no probationary period .
