Wallet & Card Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the strategy, design, and technical implementation of our European digital wallet and debit card programs. You own the end-to-end lifecycle from vision to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless integration with schemes and core banking systems. You work cross-functionally to optimize wallet and card capabilities and monetize opportunities while balancing operations and customer experience. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, payments tech, and regulatory readiness, offering meaningful scale and influence. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets in line with growth, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities • Design and oversee end-to-end wallet/card ecosystem architecture with internal and external systems • Lead end-to-end testing and validation for accounts and card functionalities across platforms • Prioritize initiatives, maintain product backlog and delivery roadmap • Collect requirements from business, operations, compliance, and support; translate into clear product specs for core banking • Drive innovation in wallet features (card controls, real-time and tokenized payments, multicurrency, digital banking) • Manage relationships with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and payment providers • Governance and risk management to ensure timely resolution of blockers and delivery progress • Define and manage the full product lifecycle of Payment Account and Card products • Ensure operations teams have tooling and documentation to support payment products effectively Responsabilidades • 5+ years in fintech, payments, or digital banking • Hands-on experience with card issuing programs and digital wallet integrations • Experience with third-party processors and core banking platforms • Ability to translate strategy into scalable product design and execution Requisitos principales •
