Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing this role youll be part of the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding helping us bring in top talent that drives our business forward.
Youll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs build strong talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in recruiting whos eager to grow into a more strategic role.
What Youll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to managing Job offers
- Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals and networking
- Ensure a positive candidate journey with clear communication at every stage
- Support onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth transitions
- Keep recruitment data up-to-date and provide reporting insights
- Stay on top of recruiting trends and tools to continuously improve processes
Preferred Skills:
- Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities
- Strategic and analytical thinker with problem-solving agility
- Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable in fast-changing environments
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with business acumen
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 23 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition ideally in fast-paced environments (mobility industry is a plus)
- Proficient with ATS platforms HR tools and social media recruiting
