Customer Service Representative (Spain) Role Description As a Customer Service Representative for our entity in Spain, located in Barcelona, you will support our customers with professionalism throughout the entire process and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy * Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries, stock levels, and backorders * Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing * Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently and accurately * Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the onboarding of new team members Your Profile * Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably in an international environment * Experienced with MS Office is a must, experience with Oracle is a plus * Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate * Fluent in Spanish paired with very good English skills is a requirement; both spoken/written (English at least B2) * Open-minded, communicative, and strongly customer-oriented personality, able to work efficiently under time pressure and changing demands * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and reliable way of working Contact Information For more information, please reach out to Zlata Dzinic, International HR Specialist (hr_international@staar.com) or visit us online at www.staar.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
