Customer Support & Billing Operations FR/EN - Internship - Barcelona office

Naboo is looking for a B2B Customer Support Agent intern to join our Operations team in Barcelona. This is a paid internship designed for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to B2B support, billing, and client operations inside a fast-growing tech company. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Ops, handling real client interactions from day one — not watching from the sidelines.

What you’ll do

• 
  
• Deliver fast, accurate responses across all support channels to maintain high client satisfaction (email, chat, phone)
  
• Manage B2B billing and invoicing: issue tracking, payment follow‑ups, credit notes, and reconciliation
  
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and venue partners
  
• Spot recurring issues, document root causes, and propose process improvements
  
• Collaborate daily with Finance, Ops, and Product to elevate edge cases and close the feedback loop
  

What we’re looking for

• 
  
• Native‑level French and English (spoken and written) — non‑negotiable
  
• Prior experience or strong interest in B2B customer support, account management, or a finance‑adjacent role
  
• Strong attention to detail, especially around invoicing and numerical accuracy
  
• Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and spreadsheets
  
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple open threads simultaneously
