Technical Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical and product support across commercial activities, working closely with Product Management, distributors, customers, and internal departments to support the development, application, and market positioning of our products. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow within a technical and commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product Management in product development and market positioning initiatives
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and product-related materials
• Support the introduction of new products and participate in product launch activities
• Provide technical support to the sales team
• Participate in product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions
• Visit customers, construction sites, and partners to provide technical advice and gather market feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow
• Work closely with sales teams in Spain and other markets

Requirements

Education:

• Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry or a related technical field

Professional experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered)

Technical skills:

• Proficiency with MS Office
• ERP system knowledge is a plus
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Languages:

• Spanish and English required
• Portuguese and/or Italian a plus

Additional skills:

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and delivering technical presentations
• Interest in construction materials and their applications
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support commercial activities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Availability to travel within Spain and Portugal
• B driving license
