Senior/Staff Product Designer

In this role you will shape the long-term design direction of Factorial’s platform, focusing on end-to-end problem framing and system-level design. You will align with product leadership to connect complex user journeys across domains, while delivering coherent, high-quality experiences. You’ll test and validate ideas with customers and AI-enabled tools, owning initiatives end-to-end to impact revenue and churn. Your work blends design judgment with agentic AI fluency to create scalable solutions that live beyond individual features.

• Own problem framing, system-level design, and end-to-end initiative execution

• Use AI tools to prototype, test with customers, and validate solutions
• Drive design decisions from problem definition through execution and live metrics
