In this role you lead and grow the DevOps Tools Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT infrastructure for a global organization. You partner with engineering, product, and IT stakeholders to set strategic direction and implement new technologies. You’ll drive incident response, SRE/DTE initiatives, and cross-functional delivery while managing budget and project scope. This position offers impact on the company’s cloud and on-prem environments in a hybrid, collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related fields
• 2+ years of managerial experience with a track record of leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-prem infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, M365, Storage, Backup)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC xcskxlj (Terraform/Ansible), and Git
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks in DevOps environments
• Proven ability to deliver technical projects focused on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Fluency in English with clear communication skills
