In this role you drive upsell opportunities within existing client accounts of Factorial’s HR software for the Italian market. You’ll shape account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage C-Suite stakeholders to expand revenue. You’ll operate across the full sales cycle, balancing relationship growth with strategic closing. This role offers a chance to influence how customers derive value from our platform while advancing a high-growth, international team.

• Minimum 1 xcskxlj year of experience in closing deals
  
• Proficient Italian and professional English
