All about the role :
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. You will plan and implement all digital activations, organic and paid, ensuring optimum campaign performance while improving consumer journeys across all digital touchpoints.
This is an interim position where you will demonstrate hands-on experience in managing diverse digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work daily with your Marketing colleagues and support D2C (E-commerce) and Outbound Teams (Email Marketing) to execute impactful campaigns and drive measurable results.
Additionally, you will support Communications & PR activities (Brand activations) from a digital perspective.
Location
The role is based in Alcobendas (Madrid).
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract starting from November 2025.
What you’ll do :
Act as the first point of contact for all digital media activities : central media team, community manager, creative agency, and PR agency (if needed) on proper execution of the yearly plan.
Implement digital marketing strategy and support business growth digitally, working closely with local and central stakeholders, including KPIs and budget responsibility.
Execute and optimize Paid Media campaigns : Google Search (Performance), Display, and Social Media advertising (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) to drive brand awareness & conversion.
Ensure optimum performance for Always-On digital paid media activities and campaigns.
Measure, evaluate, and report performance of all digital activities based on KPIs.
Align on organic Social Media content & editorial plan (Meta) for both AEG & Electrolux.
Improve usability, design, content, conversion, and SEO for both company consumer websites.
Support e-commerce to ensure optimized sales campaigns and consumer engagement.
Support B2C email marketing campaigns, aligned with the commercial business strategy.
Support influencer marketing campaigns, from identifying partners to tracking performance.
Assist in organizing Brand activations : new product launches or face-to-face events.
Who you are :
University degree in marketing, digital marketing, management, or related field.
Approximately 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
