Your day at Ferring

• Hands on coordination and overseeing logistics for scientific meetings, congresses, and internal events in Spain and Portugal.
• Ensure alignment with the annual Marketing Plan through continuous collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and the BU Director.
• Manage contracts with external parties and SAFs in Coupa, ensuring correct follow up with the Product Managers.
• Administrative coordination and liaison with scientific associations and HCPs.
• Oversee logistics for participants, including travel, catering, and accommodations.
• Support sales teams with local events.
• Handle promotional materials, supplier coordination, and track A&P investments across the BU.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and act as a role model for Ferring\'s values and compliance standards.
