For our team in Europe, we are currently looking for a Project Contract Manager (Europe).

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
• Manage the internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
• Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters.
• Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as contract management or project management with a contractual component.
• Experience in international projects.
• Knowledge of contracts in industrial or EPC environments.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Risk-oriented mindset and contractual control capability.
• Problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.

Languages

Fluent English is mandatory, ideally C1 level or above. Other European languages would be a plus.
