Specialist - Social Media

Overview

The “Specialist – Social Media” will be responsible for executing on social media services. Included can be monitoring social media sites, engaging directly with consumers on social media sites (Social Customer Care) and reporting and providing insights in support of the Social InteraXions solution for their respective program.

Qualifications

• Education - Minimum high school diploma - Preferably : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field
• Experience - Relevant experience : 0 – 2 years
• Functional experience - Online social media presence across multiple social media platforms (active Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
