Project Coordinator Role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage logistics operations for a major international project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and suppliers.
- Plan and implement logistics strategies to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements :
University degree in business, public administration, finance, economics, or related field.Proficiency in English language (C1).Knowledge of EU institutions and procedures.Minimum 10+ years experience in logistics / admin of international operations.Skills and Qualifications :
Team management and budget control.Operations in challenging conditions.First-aid training (asset).Assignment Objectives :
Improve election conduct in selected third countries.Enhance public confidence in electoral processes.Duration : The intended start date is January 2026, with a 48-month implementation period.
