A new kind of Pilates Reformer & Strength Functional Studio is opening in El Cabanyal, Valencia , on December 1st

At The Reform Studio , our focus is on movement, strength, and longevity — creating a welcoming space where Pilates meets functional training.

Our small-group classes (6 reformer beds per session) are designed to help people move better, feel stronger, and build long-term wellness.

We’re now building our founding team of instructors who want to grow with us and be part of this exciting new concept in the heart of Cabanyal.

Position : Pilates Reformer Instructor

We’re looking for motivated, passionate Pilates Reformer Instructors to lead small group classes in a supportive, high-quality environment.

Classes will be offered in English and Spanish , and we welcome both experienced instructors and newly certified teachers with strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach small-group Reformer Pilates classes (max. 6 clients).
• Provide clear guidance and hands-on adjustments tailored to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere aligned with our studio’s values.
• Support clients of all levels and ensure safe, effective movement practices.
• Contribute ideas to class planning, programming, and scheduling as we grow.
• Maintain studio tidiness and equipment setup before / after classes.
