Role: Business Intelligence Consultant Workplace & Location: All Redslim Sites (Remote / Hybrid / On-site) This exciting position is available remotely across our European locations - Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK Who are we: At Redslim, we transform data into strategic insights that drive success. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant who doesn’t just report numbers - but translates complexity into clarity, and data into business impact. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Forget silos. Forget passive reporting. You’ll be at the heart of strategy, technology, and client impact → Influence decisions that matter Act as a trusted advisor to clients - not just a service provider →Turn business chaos into clarity Translate vague strategic challenges into powerful BI use cases → Drive growth (ours and theirs) Support pre-sales, lead workshops, and demonstrate real ROI → Make data impossible to ignore Build insights that don’t just inform - they trigger action → Stay hands-on, stay sharp From dashboards to activation - you own the full loop → Embed yourself in the client’s reality Become their go-to person for data, strategy, and impact → Be the internal disruptor Bring the client voice inside and challenge how we build, sell, and deliver Who You Are (No Buzzwords - Just Truth) You’re probably someone who: * Gets bored of “just reporting” and wants to drive decisions * Can jump from dashboards → C-level conversation without blinking * Knows that a chart is useless if it doesn’t change behaviour * Is as comfortable leading a workshop as fixing a broken report * Thinks in impact, not output Your Toolbox * Advanced BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik (or similar) * Strong Excel + curiosity for AI-powered analytics * Fluent English (bonus points for Spanish or French) * Elite communication skills - you simplify the complex * Sharp analytical thinking + ability to juggle multiple priorities Why This Role is Different * You won’t be a support function - you’ll be a growth driver * Work with international clients and real business stakes * Exposure to strategy, tech, and commercial impact in one role * A culture that values initiative, ownership, and bold thinking * Real opportunities to grow fast and shape your path What You’ll Leave Behind * Endless reporting with no impact * Being “just the data person” * Projects that go nowhere What You’ll Gain * A seat at the table * Visibility, influence, ownership * The chance to turn data into decisions - every single day Ready to Build, Not Just Report?
