You might be a creator yourself or someone who’s been actively managing online communities and social media professionally for the past few years. /ppThis role is about building trust, fostering community, and showing up authentically in the spaces that matter most to creators. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes socials, someone who knows what makes a post take off, and how to build a real following and engagement. /ppbr/ppYou’ll be the voice and presence of MAKE across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and X, engaging in real conversations, sharing useful content, and helping creators discover a better way to manage banking. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do /b /ppCommunity Building /pulliBe active in subreddits and threads where creators are discussing challenges in banking, or running their business. Respond, support, and join the conversation naturally. /liliCreate and manage MAKE’s own Reddit community, including posting, moderation, and engagement. /liliDevelop programs like AMAs, QAs, or community challenges that make people want to participate and feel part of something. /li /ulpbr/ppBrand Ownership /pulliSet up, launch, and grow MAKE’s organic social channels on Instagram, TikTok, and X. /liliCreate content yourself: short videos, behind-the-scenes moments, community stories, or relatable posts that resonate with creators /liliBe comfortable appearing on camera and/or attending creator events to represent MAKE authentically to create content like interviews,event recaps, or spontaneous clips. /liliWork with our designer and content manager to ensure visuals and tone feel consistent and genuine. /liliDevelop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppInfluencer Creator Collaboration /pulliIdentify and collaborate with creators and influencers who genuinely align with MAKE’s mission. /liliBuild long-term relationships with trusted voices who can share their experiences and advocate for MAKE in an authentic way. /liliSupport and amplify creators within the community, not as ads, but as peers sharing what works for them. /li /ulpbr/ppAnalytics Insights /pulliTrack performance across channels: engagement, conversation trends, and sentiment. /liliShare insights with the team on what’s resonating, what creators are talking about, and what we can learn from it. /liliUse data to experiment and continuously improve how we show up on social media and in communities. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou’ll Thrive Here If You /b /pulliCan wear multiple hats, from catching trends and creating content on the fly, to joining Reddit threads where real conversations are happening, to recording short videos or walkthroughs for new feature launches. /liliFeel comfortable being visible; posting, replying, and joining discussions genuinely. /liliHave a natural ability to build trust, start conversations, and connect with people online. /liliYou know Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok like the back of your hand /liliHave deep expertise running and growing social channels (even your own). /liliEnjoy using insights and data to understand what’s working and why. /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience Background /b /ppWe’re open to a range of experiences.
