Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop Service Cloud features using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and SOQL.
  
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
  
• Participate in incident bridges and resolve BAU issues.
  
• Manage PBIs and IMRs and support end-to-end incident tracking.
  
• Own deployments, CI/CD processes and sandbox management.
  
• Perform code reviews and enforce platform standards.
  
• Ensure platform security including MFA, IP control and API versioning.
  
• Collaborate with product squads and contribute to platform improvements.

Years of experience: 5–7 years.

Workplace: TCS site in Madrid or Lisbon, or remote (subject to project agreement).

Work schedule: Standard business hours (09:00–18:00).

Contract type: Permanent.
