More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Project Safety Assurance Manager to ensure that the safety of our signalling solutions is embedded throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. This is a critical role focused on delivering safe, compliant and reliable railway systems that keep passengers and cities moving. Your role, your impact * Coordinate all Safety Assurance activities throughout signalling projects * Define Safety Plans and manage safety workload, priorities and planning * Perform safety analyses, manage Hazard Logs and review design, V&V and testing activities from a safety perspective * Build Safety Reports and Safety Cases in line with project requirements and standards * Defend Safety Case argumentation with internal and external assessors and drive closure of findings * Provide technical leadership and guidance across project phases, from tender through commissioning and warranty * Ensure compliance with CENELEC standards and safety assurance methodologies * Lead and support Safety Assurance Engineers assigned to project. You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and system delivery - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
