Data Engineer | Up to 55k | Hybrid role

Overview Data & AI Talent Acquisition role at Talent-R for a Data Engineer focused on building end-to-end data pipelines to support AI-driven marketing. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site). Salary: Up to 55k + performance bonus. Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP, dbt, and Airbyte * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements * Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms * Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability * Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements * Support ML model deployment and maintenance * 3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT, modeling, warehousing) * Strong Python and advanced SQL skills * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform * Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal for orchestration * Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) Nice-to-have * Experience with dbt and Airbyte * Exposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environments * Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * 🌴 23 vacation days + birthday off * 🎂 Birthday off * Modern office in Sant Cugat with chill zones and kitchen #J-18808-Ljbffr
