We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Madrid, Spain. To own and evolve our integrated quality management system, and shape the way we deliver on our commitments to clients. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Business Development and Management, to ensure that quality is understood not only as compliance, but as a strategic driver to enhance customer experience and strengthen the company´s value proposition. Responsibilities: * Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN 9100 standards, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and accessibility. * Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification bodies and customer audits, and manage non-conformities and corrective actions through to closure. * Ensure regulatory compliance by interpreting applicable standards and supporting their implementation across projects and internal processes. * Act as a key advisor to Engineering and Operations on quality and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with industry requirements. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, defining KPIs, and implementing optimization initiatives across the organization. * Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback, identifying improvement areas, and supporting On-Time, On-Quality performance objectives. * Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality system performance, audit status, non-conformities, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements: * Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * At least 3 years of experience in quality department in the aerospace or defence industry. * Hands-on experience with the full QMS cycle: quality plans and procedures, internal and external audits, non-conformities management, Waivers, Deviations, and certification closure. * Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN 9100. * Persuasive and client-facing, comfortable representing the company in audits and handling non-conformities without creating friction. * Highly organized and proactive. Able to manage multiple priorities, follow through commitments, and close pending issues. * At least English B2. * Experience leading or coordinating a quality department is a plus.
