Electrical Superintendent

We are looking for a Electrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project to be carried out in Kentucky. Overview of the Position Mision: Main Functions * Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids. * Define sequence and work areas. * Define the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them. * Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors. * Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur. * Supervise the invoicing of the different subcontractors and give approval prior to approval by the Const. Manager. * To control the arrival of the electrical material to the site, and to send/supervise possible incidences with the purchasing/logistic department. * Control that the progress of the works is in accordance with the contract schedule and reinforce the necessary works in case of delays. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. Higher Degree. Experience * Three years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants performing the functions described. Other Requirements Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word, Autocad and MS Project (user level). * Site Manager. * Subcontractors.
