Are you ready to lead the transformation of enterprise systems at scale?

We're looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to join a global team driving the transition to a future S / 4HANA Business Architecture.

You'll be part of a strategic program focused on simplifying and modernizing ERP systems, leading the Data Migration & Cutover Management workstream within a major international rollout initiative.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead the Data Migration & Cutover Management workstream during pilot and rollout phases.
  • Drive data cleansing activities in collaboration with IT, business units, and service teams.
  • Manage project scope, cost, resources, and objectives as part of the IT Project Management team.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks in close coordination with the selected System Integrator (SI).
  • Prepare and support decision-making processes to ensure project goals are met.
  • Contribute to SI performance management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with program management and stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies (e.G., AI, GenAI) to enhance project efficiency and innovation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience leading SAP ERP projects, ideally with S / 4HANA transition exposure.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and assertive leadership style.
  • Empathetic, people-centric approach aligned with agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of modern system architecture.
  • Fluent English (C1)
