GYG is a leading company in the superyacht maintenance sector, managing high-profile projects worldwide and committed to excellence and innovation.

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, supporting projects across Europe and United States.

Location: Full-time relocation to project locations (Spain, Europe & US)


About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional with initial experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding international environment.


Key Requirements:

  • Full availability to relocate for extended periods to project locations across Spain, Europe and United States (essential).
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in project coordination or management (maritime sector is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn. xcskxlj
  • Advanced English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collect and report on project plans, status, resources, and key data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and PMO
  • Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding ongoing project matters
  • Contract Management: Manage documentation in line with GYG procedures, including final project approvals
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure required resources are requested and available to meet project needs
