We are looking for a Contract Officer who wants to be part of this demanding and exciting environment, where the agreements you manage will have a direct impact on space and defense projects at a global level. You will partner with GMV colleagues and suppliers to take on the legal aspects of different business opportunities.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will provide support on the preparation, review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.). Also, you will support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for a contract officer, preferably with a Degree/Master in Laws and at least two years of experience on the field.Main requirements are:
Solid background on Commercial Law practices, specially on international commerce.
Notions on business administration and accounting practices.
Excellent command of English written and spoken, specifically in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
Empathy and good negotiation skills.
Also it would be a plus if you had:
Good command of one or more additional EU languages (Spanish, German, French,..) specially in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
Knowledge of the Space sector or similar industrial backgrounds
