An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts . The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join this global organization.



Objectives


Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.



Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
  • Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.



Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
