Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management
  
• Effectively resolve complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
