Hotel Director

Qualifications:

• SHIPBOARD Employment type
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 5-10 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Rooms Division Director/Revenue Management Director/Hotel Operations Director in 5 * Luxury and/or Ultra Luxury Hotel.
• Hotel Director shipboard experience is REQUIRED .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
• Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
• Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
• Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). ·
• Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. ·
• Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
