Growth Manager

We are looking for a hands-on UA Manager who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
• Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
• Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
• Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
• Explore and validate new channels as we grow
• 
  

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)
• Experience managing €100K-€500K per month
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience
• Programmatic or DSP exposure
• Mobile app UA background

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
