We are launching an exciting international project and are looking for ambitious, motivated, and curious individuals who are ready to start a successful career in recruitment.

No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your motivation, drive, and ambition. Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• 
  
• Recruit Tech professionals across European markets
  
• Source, identify, and qualify top talent
  
• Build and develop your own client portfolio
  
• Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and networking
  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  
• Successfully match candidates with suitable opportunities
  

Your Profile

• 
  
• Native, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker (mandatory)
  
• German or Dutch language skills are highly desirable
  
• No recruitment experience required, but a strong interest in sales, business, and working with people
  
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
  
• Positive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Strong commercial mindset and ambition to succeed
