In this Marketing & Growth role, you own cross-market performance initiatives to drive GTM momentum for Factorial IT. You’ll lead paid search, end-to-end landing pages, SEO/content, and marketing operations, while localizing campaigns for multiple European markets. You’ll operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment, shaping how the product trajectory evolves through data-driven experimentation. You’ll collaborate with a small, diverse marketing team to deliver impact across channels and languages.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage paid search campaigns across European markets: strategy, copy, structure, bids, and optimization
• End-to-end landing page development: brief, copy, and live deployment for campaigns, competitors, and use cases
• Lead SEO and content efforts: keyword research, briefs, publishing, performance tracking across markets/languages
• Run marketing operations: automation, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and attribution
• Localize campaigns and assets for ES, FR, DE, IT, PT: adapt tone and regulatory context, not just translate
• Provide reporting and analysis: identify effective tactics, underperformers, and recommended next steps
Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing (performance, growth, content, or ops)
• Led campaigns or channels independently
• Comfort with data: pull reports, identify waste, act on insights
• Strong writer in at least xcskxlj one language (Spanish or English)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, a CMS, and a CRM
• HubSpot experience a plus
• Experience with multi-market or multilingual campaigns
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a 0-to-1 setting
