About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and day-to-day execution across our marketing function. Reporting directly to the Head of Go-To-Market, this role will be accountable for launching new features, driving B2B marketing through agencies, leading platform partnership launches, and building lifecycle marketing programs that support the full customer journey.

This is a hands-on, generalist position in a fast-paced startup, where you'll collaborate closely with the rest of marketing, product, and our partners to drive growth for the business. Key Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Leadership & Execution: Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new features, product launches, and market expansion. Translating product value into compelling customer narratives for creators and agencies.
• Launch & Campaign Management: Lead cross-functional launch processes, including timelines, asset creation, and performance tracking (in partnership with Growth team).
• Lifecycle Marketing: Own marketing across the whole funnel, from awareness and activation through to adoption and retention. Build and optimize programs using email, in-product messaging, content, and partnerships to support long-term customer value.
• Platform Partnerships: Lead marketing support for platform partnerships, including joint announcements, co-branded launches, and ongoing activation. Coordinate closely with platform partners to align positioning, assets, timelines, and success metrics.
• Sales & Partner Enablement: Create and maintain battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and training materials to equip agencies, affiliates, and internal teams.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, including visual design, messaging, and positioning tailored to content creators and agencies.
• Growth Tactics: Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders to oversee growth tactics, including affiliates, social, PR, and paid marketing

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity. Proven track record as a generalist who can juggle multiple functions in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Industry Expertise: Preference for B2B fintech experience, ideally in payments, banking, or creator economy platforms
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action, passion for empowering underserved creators.
• Skills: Hands-on expertise in content marketing, social media, community management, affiliate programs, PR, and brand design.
• Ability to execute independently while collaborating on strategy.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills (leveraging insights from the growth team).
• Proficiency with tools like Framer, Attio, Customer.io, Notion, Google Analytics, social platforms (e.g., Reddit, Instagram)
