Sales Account Executive Spanish Market

In this role you will close deals end-to-end for the Spanish market, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and guiding prospects through decision making. You will design account plans, drive consultative selling, and manage forecasting and pipeline with cross-functional collaboration. This role sits within a fast-growing, AI-powered HR software company focused on helping businesses scale and improve people operations. You will contribute to shaping the sales strategy and impact across the organization.

• Manage Sales Qualified Opportunities from first contact to close in the Spanish market
• Guide prospects through decision-making and convert them into customers
• Design and execute account plans to achieve targets
• Lead conversations with C-Suite and stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Use consultative selling to uncover pains and tailor solutions
• Provide reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts to leadership
• Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX and Senior Leadership
• Work from Barcelona with flexible remote options
• Minimum one year of experience closing deals
• SaaS or B2B experience a strong plus
• Native Spanish and professional English
