Financial Business Analyst (1 year contract)

Location : BD Nogales Norte, San Agustín del Guadalix, Community of Madrid, Spain.

Overview : The Financial Business Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to business performance of products, customers, and trends; carrying out business intelligence analyses, forecasting medium‑long term trends, and monitoring KPIs to support commercial network efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data on business performance across accounts, product lines, product mix, and channels (dealer or direct), highlighting trends in turnover, profit, average prices, and budget comparisons.
• Design and propose new reporting tools as needed.
• Support forecasting and strategic planning through market analysis, including hospital market mapping, consumption analysis, pricing, and tender timing.
• Update pricing on unit price lists based on Sales Manager indications and approval from Hub Director.
• Manage annual price increase projects.
• Update SFDC territory database and annual targets.
• Develop business cases and action plans for B2B, distributors, and private customers with Sales Manager authorization.
• Calculate commission / recall for agents and private entities.
• Prepare and present sales statistics, budget deviations, business reviews, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

Salary

€32,000 – €37,000 per year.
