As a Business Analyst specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you’ll support the modernization of Swiss Re’s identity landscape by improving how internal applications integrate with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint.You’ll focus on identifying integration gaps, assist application teams, and help transition from legacy onboarding to scalable, standardised identity services, working closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure structure, consistency, and governance across the organisation.What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.About the teamThe Security Team leads all cybersecurity activities across Swiss Re, including engineering, governance, risk, and compliance. Within it, the Workforce IAM teams ensure secure and efficient access to digital services for our global workforce. Our current priorities include simplifying identity services and reducing technical debt by consolidating legacy platforms and improving how applications integrate with IAM. We’re aligning with strategic platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to support long-term scalability, consistency, and governance.We’re looking for a hands-on IAM Business Analyst to support the transition to modern identity services and improve how applications onboard and integrate. Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint)Analyze existing integrations and identify inconsistencies, workarounds, or legacy patternsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and application teams to clarify integration requirementsHelp stakeholders understand onboarding expectations and support them through adoptionDocument integration flows, checklists, and reusable guidanceTrack progress and risks using Azure DevOps, Confluence, or internal dashboardsContribute to workshops and feedback loops to improve the onboarding experienceSupport the evolution of integration practices aligned with our architecture and security strategyAssist in migration away from legacy IAM platforms by identifying and transitioning non-compliant integrationsNobody meets 100% of our requirements. Identity & Access Management (IAM),

including application onboarding, access provisioning, or integration analysis in enterprise environmentsSolid understanding o f Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

(provisioning, access reviews, certifications, RBAC)Strong knowledge of

identity lifecycle management, and app integrations across

cloud and on-prem environmentsWorking knowledge of

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and protocols like

SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID ConnectAgile team experience using tools such as

Azure DevOpsAbility to collaborate across architecture, engineering, and product teamsProficiency in

English, both spoken and writtenClear and structured communication and documentation skillsPreferred qualificationsExperience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or similar identity governance platformsFamiliarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIExperience supporting IAM documentation, enablement, or training materialsNice-to-haveA degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience working in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or healthcareFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms like ConfluenceExposure to legacy IAM systems or migrationsAbility to explain IAM concepts to both technical and functional audiencesFor Spain the base salary range for this position is between (EUR 42.000 ) and (EUR 70.000) (for a full-time role).
